Re-read the Horus Heresy Series by Various Authors

Yes, I know. A big one, which I will start as soon as I can. I intend to re-read everything from Abnett's superb Horus Rising right the way through to The Primarchs by Various Authors. This includes the limited edition releases, but not the audio-books. So that's a total of 22 novels/novellas/anthologies that I shall be reading over the upcoming months, and I'm looking forward to it.

Re-Read: Horus Rising by Dan Abnett, False Gods by Graham McNeill, Galaxy in Flames by Ben Counter, The Flight of the Eisenstein by James Swallow,

To Be Re-Read: Fulgrim by Graham McNeill, Descent of Angels by Mitchell Scanlon, Legion by Dan Abnett, Battle for the Abyss by Ben Counter, Mechanicum by Graham McNeill, Tales of Heresy by Various Authors, Fallen Angels by Mike Lee, A Thousand Sons by Graham McNeill, Nemesis by James Swallow, The First Heretic by Aaron Dembski-Bowden, Prospero Burns by Dan Abnett, Age of Darkness by Various Authors, The Outcast Dead by Graham McNeill, Deliverance Lost by Gav Thorpe, Know No Fear by Dan Abnett, The Primarchs by Various Auhtors, Promethean Sun by Nick Kyme (LE), Aurelian by Aaron Dembski-Bowden (LE)

Current Total: 4/22

Read The Mistborn Series by Brandon Sanderson

Having recently finished and loved The Final Empire, I'm now going to be hunting down a copy of The Well of Ascension as soon as I can, as the teaser at the end of The Final Empire has really got me interested in. Sanderson's just as good as Joe Abercrombie, who likewise, I've only read one novel of The Blade Itself. Both that and The Final Empire are really good fantasy novels.

Read - The Final Empire, The Well of Ascension

To Be Read: The Hero of the Ages, The Alloy of Law.

Current Total: 2/4

Get up to Date on A Song of Ice and Fire by George RR Martin

Another fantasy epic that I need to do some catching up on. I haven't even seen the TV series yet, although I intend to get the box-set as soon as I can. I would have seen it upon its release, but I sadly lack HBO (despite following them on twitter).

Read: Game of Thrones, A Clash of Kings, Storm of Swords: Part One.

To-Read: Storm of Swords Part Two: Blood And Gold, A Feast for Crows, A Dance With Dragons Part One: Dreams and Dust, A Dance with Dragons Part Two: After the Feast.

Current Total: 3/7

Complete The Hunger Games Trilogy by Suzanne Collins

With the new release of the film (which I still haven't seen), I figured that I'd go and read the books to decide of the hype was worth it. Well, having read the first two books, I can say that it's a strong YA series. Although the second book's not as good as the first, the first is something special.

Read:  The Hunger Games, Catching Fire.

To-Read: Mockingjay

Current Total: 2/3

Overall Total of Specified Books: 10/35
